A few guidelines that make doing business with JustNatural easy…
New Accounts: Please allow 2 weeks for your account set-up request and initial order to be reviewed and
approved. A customer number will be established with your first order.
JustNatural does not allow our products to be sold on any type of auction site or web-only business.
Existing stores may sell JustNatural on their website if approved. JustNatural reserves the right to limit the
sale of its products to parties with compatible sale and distribution strategies.
International Distribution: Wholesale purchases of JustNatural’s products are exclusively for resale to the
end-consumer in the United States. International distribution or sales to a third party other than an end-
consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by JustNatural.
Testers (Upon Request): Request one free tester for each $200 of product ordered, with a maximum of 3
per order. Multiples of the same tester will not be sent.
Pricing: Prices may change without notice.
Shipping: FOB point is Palm Beach, FL. Please allow 10 business days from when JustNatural receives your
order until you receive the shipment.
Minimum Order: Opening order minimum is $250. Reorder minimum is $150.
Return Policy: All sales are final. Credit will be issued only for defective or damaged merchandise or for
products shipped to you in error by JustNatural. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of
merchandise. Liability for merchandise qualifying for credit is limited to the value of the products returned.
Terms: Orders paid by credit card or money order will release upon authorization of charge or receipt of
money order.
Out of Stock Items: We attempt to fill each order completely, but occasionally may be out of stock of an
item. We do not back order.
Packaging: JustNatural’s products must be sold in their original packaging. Packaging may not be altered in
any way, including the removal of product from the original package or alteration of copy.
