Polishes & Scrubs can be used without water, simply apply and brush off as the moisturizers are absorbed.
You may also use a polish with water. There is not a best way to use them. It is your a matter of preference.
Some people prefer to use the body polish then use a cleanser to remove any body polish residue.
Here are some other tips for successfully using facial and body exfoliators.
Wet your skin before use. Begin with circular motions when applying.
Avoid the eye area.
