What to expect from JustNatural shampoos
JustNatural uses no chemical emulsifiers to bind our natural products.
Occasionally some separation does occur. This does not mean the product is spoiled,
nor does separation lessen the product's effectiveness. In fact this is just another
indication that we use pure ingredients. This is easily corrected by - Shaking Well
Before Using.
The shampoo is too moisturizing.
If the shampoo is over moisturizing your hair this is caused by not shaking it before
each use. The shampoo has lots of great moisturizers but they float to the top or
settle to the bottom. Shaking well before each use mixes the moisturizers through
out.
It looks different than the last one that I purchased.
Because JustNatural uses natural ingredients in our unique formulations,
our products may vary in color and thickness with each new batch that
we make. These natural variations do not in any way affect the quality or
effectiveness of the product.
The shampoo does not make a lot of bubbles or lather.
Shampoos don't need to make lots of suds or bubbles to clean hair effectively.
Lather doesn't really assist the cleansing process. We've been taught to like lather.
Many shampoos rely on inexpensive, petrochemical detergents such as sodium
lauryl / laureth sulfate for their foam-building properties. These chemicals can dry
out the hair and scalp, and may cause allergic reactions, dandruff or itching.
JustNatural’s shampoos are made with natural cleansing agents such as coconut or
corn oil soap and quillaja bark, which clean the hair effectively with a quick, modest
lather. You can get more lather by applying and then massaging the shampoo into
your hair then add a little water and continue.
How long is the shelf life.
Our products have a six month shelf life from the date of your order. This may be
extended with refrigeration if desired. Products should not be exposed to extreme
heat, cold, and should be kept out of direct sunlight. Products should be kept in a
cool, dry place.
Is this safe for my color treated hair.
All our shampoos contain natural cleansing and conditioning ingredients that are mild
enough to use on color-treated hair and will actually improve the look and feel of
your hair and scalp, especially when used with one of our conditioners.
